Most directories tell you where a clinic is. Even Keel tells you whether you can get into it: where the parking is and how far it is from the door, whether the entrance has steps, how many metres it is from the front door to the treatment room, and whether there is somewhere to sit on the way. Clinicians declare it, patients tell us when it is wrong, and every listing is re-confirmed every ninety days or it drops down the results.
